Whole Life Health Coach Certification
WLHC is a powerful and intuitive coaching program designed for aspiring life and health coaches, as well as anyone interested in personal growth and transformation. This six-month course will explore a holistic approach to whole-body wellness through brain health, empowered nutrition, and intuitive eating.

This is a Coaching Course that honors the uniqueness of every human being. By blending knowledge of the brain, intuition, food as nourishment and transformational coaching techniques, we create the opportunity for a completely revolutionized way of living. When all 4 corners of the foundation are in place, each individual can begin to build and BEcome whole!
What does the brain have to do with it?
Understanding how our brain functions and how to find balance within are critical if we want to live in true harmony with ourselves. Throughout the program we will explore the functions of the brain as well as it’s potential and power to change how we move through life. When our brain is not working properly, we are not working properly! This understanding creates a powerful foundation for Whole Life & Health Coaching.
The best coaches/healers know how to tap into their intuitive gifts so that they can better understand the mental and physical challenges of their clients. Together, we will explore a wide variety of potential challenges that you or your clients may have. This will then create the ability for you to embark upon this new chapter of your life with excitement!
Nourishment of the body, heart, and soul is imperative!
Most of us know that what we choose to eat is very important to our overall health. What many don’t realize is that if our hearts and souls are not nourished, we often still choose foods that continue to play a role in keeping us stuck, away from our ‘best self’ and moving forward in the ways we desire.
Whole Life Health Coaching helps you create a foundation built on excellence as the basis for every aspect of your life and practice. This step-by-step training will not just optimize your clients’ health and well-being, but it will also be the groundwork for your own personal success. I will teach you how to become a skilled listener because the emotional place where your client resides is at the heart of their physical condition and/or their response to their life & their body.
